By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, request information, or apply to invest, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Company or entity name and your role
- Information about your investment interests, objectives, and timeline
- Accredited investor status and the supporting information needed to verify it
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- IP address and general location derived from it
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages viewed, time on page, and referring website
- Cookie and similar tracking identifiers
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from business partners, referral sources, identity or accreditation verification services, and publicly available sources.

- Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
3. Investor portal
Our investor portal is hosted at app.wtxcrude.com. Access is limited to investors who have been issued credentials by WTX Crude. Information you submit or view inside the portal, including production data, distribution statements, and tax documents, is handled under this policy. The portal may be operated with the assistance of third-party technology providers who are contractually required to protect your information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately at admin@wtxcrude.com.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. Companies that perform services for us such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment and distribution processing, document storage, and investor accreditation verification.
- Professional advisors. Our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers.
- Operating and financial partners. Operators, working interest partners, and financial institutions where necessary to administer a project or an investment.
- Legal and regulatory. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or a request from a regulatory authority, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
5. Cookies, analytics, and third-party content

Our site displays market data through an embedded chart provided by TradingView. That embed is served by TradingView and is subject to TradingView’s own privacy policy, not this one. The same is true of any other third-party content or links on our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we link to.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission and access controls on the investor portal. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Investor records are retained for the life of the investment and afterward for the period required by tax, securities, and other applicable recordkeeping rules. Inquiry and marketing records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer useful.
8. Your choices and rights
Texas residents. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may have the right to confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or certain profiling. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@wtxcrude.com You may appeal a denial by replying to our response, and if the appeal is denied you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
Residents of other states. If you live in California, Colorado, Virginia, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights. We honor verifiable requests from residents of those states on the same terms.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
